Point of meeting: Salta. A first day to enjoy the views. Visits to Cafayate by the Gorge of the conchas. The Devil's Throat, the amphitheatre and finally a warehouse to prove the famous torrontes wine. Simply imperdible. From now, the route 40 will take us to Susques, by the cities of Molinos and Cachi. Two splendid places of the north. In order to live a day with pure adrenalin in 4x4, we will course to the North furrowing the beds of rivers, deep canions, endless tracks and a lot of ways forgotten in the immensity of a surprising geography. Now we will dedicate or admire the little towns that will be appearing in our trip back to Salta, with stops in Iruya and Purmamarca, with its incredible "seven-coloured" hill. A trip to remember.

North Landscapes: The Puna (2)

One incredible week in which we will live the north with its colors and all its splendor, enjoying the different landscapes that surround it. Departure point: San Miguel de Tucuman. Our first encounter will be with the Tucuman's forest, and soon we will be able to admire the contrast with the Ruins of Quilmes and the National Park The Cardones. We will enter ourselves by route 40 towards San Antonio of Cobres, happening through Molinos and Cachi. Viaduct of polvorilla (Train of the Clouds), Casabindo with its bulls' plaza and Yavi, are forced stops. Limit with Bolivia, Pampas of Height. Iruya, Tilcara with its Pucara and Purmamarca with its hill of the 7 colors. Three days are left and the offroad travel continuous towards the forest: Calilegua and the Lajitas. Final destiny: Salta. You can't miss this experience.
